1. Services

Estes Electric LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services, including installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation. All services are subject to availability and may require a written estimate, proposal, or agreement.

2. Estimates, Deposits, and Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time and may be subject to change.

  • A deposit may be required for larger projects, materials, or scheduling.

  • Pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, code requirements, or customer-requested changes.

  • Any additional work outside the original scope will require a change order approval before proceeding whenever possible.

3. Price Escalation (Materials & Supply Costs)

  • Due to fluctuations in material and supply costs, pricing for materials may be subject to change after an estimate is issued.

  • If material costs increase significantly prior to or during the project, Estes Electric LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

  • Any such changes will be communicated to the customer and approved before proceeding whenever possible.

4. Change Orders

  • Any modification to the original scope of work must be approved by the customer.

  • Change orders may result in additional costs and/or extended timelines.

  • Verbal approvals may be accepted in time-sensitive situations but will be documented.

5. Scheduling and Site Access

6. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of work.

7. Permits, Inspections, and Code Compliance

  • Required permits and inspections will be obtained unless otherwise agreed.

  • If unsafe or non-compliant conditions are discovered, corrections may be required at additional cost.
